​Apply political and social pressure in all foreign entities and internal to US political structure to seek the following countries to join the United States of America:​
- Netherlands, Ecuador, Belgium, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Hungary, Honduras, Austria, Switzerland, Israel, Singapore, Denmark, Finland, Ireland and New Zealand​

Phase III - Consolidation and Implementation - Primary Candidate List

Seek and procure (1) each entity to hold a referendum and ensure the majority of the citizens in their country wish to seek membership into the United State (2) each entity to then send a formal request to join the United States​ (3) US Congress and US President accept statehood by majority vote.
